Manage forms under the intended Google account. If an expected form, feature or response is missing, first check the account and the exact form version. Imported copies and collaborator access can make two workspaces look similar.

Find plan and usage information

On Home, the Current plan card includes Manage plan. Use that account view for the subscription and usage information associated with the signed-in account. Follow the current Formesign pricing page for published options.

Plan and account state can affect available actions such as exports or BAA-related setup. Read the message attached to the particular control rather than assuming the documentation guarantees every feature on every plan. Pricing, quotas and terms can change; the current account view is the appropriate place to confirm them.

Check account and permissions first

Before changing settings, identify the owner account, source form, Formesign editor and shared signing link. For a Google output error, confirm the destination account and its permissions separately. Changing a notification recipient is not the same as granting them access to the Google file.

If your organization blocks a Google connection, share the specific error with its Workspace administrator. Follow the affected Google account guide or Drive setup; do not change unrelated permissions to make an error disappear.

Ask for help with useful context

Open the product's support link or Formesign support. Include the task you attempted, the exact visible error, when it happened and whether it affects a new request or a particular existing record. Identify the relevant form and response through the support channel's appropriate fields.

Use a cropped screenshot with private answers, email addresses and account identifiers removed. Never include Google passwords, access tokens, signing secrets or full patient records in a general support message.

Before sending, use the guide matching the symptom: source access, invitations, pending workflow, or missing files and rows.
