Share your form
Choose the right public form link, assigned invitation or embed for your intended signer.

Share the signing experience, not your editor URL. The correct link depends on whether anyone can start a response or a particular signer must act on an existing request.
Choose a channel
Open Share in the form workspace. The shared platform offers channel-specific controls such as Link, Email, QR code and Embed. Use the available channel appropriate to the form; a scheduled email request is a separate setup from a normal public link.
| Need | Use |
|---|---|
| Anyone in your intended audience can start a response | The form's hosted link, or a QR code pointing to it |
| A named person must complete an existing step | The workflow invitation or assigned request link |
| Known details should already be filled | A configured prefilled link with appropriate permissions |
| Collect through your website | The supported embed method for that platform |
Copy and check a hosted link
Select the link channel, copy the resulting form link and open it in a separate browser context. Check the title, access requirement, fields, signature task and confirmation. If you imported a copy, verify that the link opens the new Formesign version rather than the original Google responder view.
Send an assigned request
Configure the recipient and signing step before using email invitations. An invitation should take the person to their part of the same response. Replacing that invitation with a generic public link can start a separate response instead of completing the pending step.
Use signer assignment and signing order to establish the handoff. For scheduled distribution, read schedules and reminders.
Review access and privacy
Avoid placing sensitive prefilled answers in a broadly shared link or email. Check prefill permissions and PHI controls when handling health information. A QR code changes how someone opens a link; it does not itself add access restrictions.
If an invitation cannot be opened or an email is missing, use invitation troubleshooting.
