You can use the request's signing link on a phone or tablet. Allow enough time to read the document and complete the assigned fields. Keep the original invitation available so you can return to the correct request if needed.

Use the mobile signing view

Open the invitation in your browser and check the request title. Scroll through the document before reaching the signature area. Enter answers, attach requested files using the device's file picker and inspect the selected filenames.

For a drawn signature, use the signature control offered by the form. If the form uses a verified signature, follow its Google sign-in step with the intended account. If the email application's embedded browser does not complete sign-in correctly, open the same invitation in your normal browser.

Save or return to your request

Some forms provide a save-and-resume path. Use the specific save or return control shown by that form and retain the resulting link or instructions. Do not assume closing the tab, changing devices or opening the generic public form link preserves your unsubmitted answers.

For an assigned workflow step, the original invitation identifies the existing request. A general link to start the form can create a new response instead of resuming the pending one. If you cannot tell which link to use, ask the requester before entering the information again.

Check the result before closing

Wait for the confirmation after the final submission. A signature drawn on the screen is not by itself evidence that your answers were submitted. If the connection drops before confirmation, reopen the assigned link and check its state rather than repeatedly creating new responses.

Mobile support does not establish offline signing or guaranteed draft recovery. Use an active connection for sign-in, uploads and submission. If the form is too difficult to read on your device, use a larger screen or contact the requester for help.
